Beverly Hills Diet

Can You Really Just Combine Foods Differently
And Lose Weight?
According to the Beverly
Hills Diet you can! Reading about the Beverly Hills Diet I was
shocked and amazed that I could still eat a lot of the foods I
love and not starve myself. Before I tried the diet I read all
the reviews. They seemed so great! I was excited to get
started. It is a short program and lasts for 35
days.
The thought of losing
weight at such a great pace was just short of unbelievable to
me. I just had to get started on this diet and see if I had the
same great results with it as other people had.
The beginning of the diet
seemed like a win, win, for me. I was able to consume things I
liked and all I had to do is watch what and how much I took in
at specific times of the day. I would start out like it
suggested, with the fruit in the morning and then for lunch I
would have some more fruit, and eat until I felt
full.
All I had to do was eat
carbs with carbs and proteins with proteins and then leave the
fruits by themselves. The thought never occurred to me that
mixing it all together into a meal was a bad decision, but I
went along with the program. The Beverly Hills Diet seemed easy
enough to do for me. I was a bit shocked when I started losing
quite a bit of weight in the first week, but still I stuck to
it.
Two weeks into the
Beverly Hills Diet plan, I started to get headaches and feel light headed.
I had lost a total of 12 pounds and was excited, but now I was
worried. I thought that maybe I just wasn’t getting enough of
the nutrients I needed. Therefore, I slacked off on the diet
for a couple days and finally started feeling
better.
Although I failed at the
diet, it did seem to work. It just wasn’t the type of diet for
me. I wasn’t able to maintain my lifestyle the way I thought I
would be able to. I loved being able to get back into a more
normal routine with my kids after getting off the diet, and
since then I have lost 25 pounds and look and feel
great!
I consider this diet one
to do if you are extremely dissatisfied with your life style
and your weight, but there are many other ways of getting to
the weight you desire without having to give up all the things
you love to eat.
The Beverly Hills Diet
came off as something that was too good to be true to me and I
should have stuck to my gut about it, when something is too
good to be true or sounds like it is, it normally will be.
Losing weight was not worth a trip to the hospital or not being
able to function at all.
I was ready to lose the
weight, but it took me going on this diet and then shortly
later having something more drastic happen, that led me to just
exercising regularly and eating in smaller portions instead of
basically starving my body of what it needs.
