Weight loss secrets that most diets fail to
include
I had
struggled with my weight for many years before I discovered Tom
Venuto’s Burn the Fat eBook and weight loss program. My sister
is a fitness instructor and she had been telling me for years
that I needed to boost my metabolism in order to lose
weight.
Even with her
help I had a difficult time losing weight and became frustrated
thinking I would be stuck in my fat body and clothes for the
rest of my life. I was experiencing an extremely high level of
frustration when she told one of her clients had suggested this
Burn the Fat program for anyone who had been having problems
losing weight.
One of the
first things I discovered when I began reading the Burn the
Fat book is that body fat is more important than weight
when determining your ideal weight. I also learned that the
reason most diets fail is because the reduction of calories
causes the metabolism to slow down thus causing calories to
burn at a slower rate.
Based on the
fact that many people regain their weight soon after losing it,
the metabolism never has a chance to fully recover before there
is another attempt at losing weight.
Once I began
to understand how both the number of calories I was consuming
and the types of foods I was eating affected my weight and body
fat, I knew I had discovered the weight loss program that would
help me get into shape again. I still had some scepticism about
the program because of many past failures, so I was amazingly
happy when I lost five pounds in the first week.
I was off to
a good start, and I was confident that I would be able to reach
my goal weight and keep it off with the Burn the Fat
program. Where I had failed on other diets, I achieved success
with this one.
I have
learned what foods to eat and what foods to avoid in order to
make sure my metabolism is working at peak efficiency. I also
learned the type of exercise that would boost my metabolism to
ensure the fastest weight loss and how to retain that weight
loss for life. I had not expected it to be easy, but
surprisingly this program was very easy to follow and the
results were amazing.
Fortunately I
had never gotten rid of any of the clothes I owned as I gained
weight because I didn’t have to buy new ones as I began to lose
weight. I did, however, get rid of the ones that began too big
so that I would have an incentive not to regain any
weight.
I still have
a long way to go but after only two months on this program I
have lost three dress sizes. I am now able to fit into regular
sizes instead of Plus sizes which provide more of a selection
in stores. I have more energy than I have had in years and
enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
Unlike many
diets the food choices you make are not limited and boring
making it easier to stay on the program.
