Carbohydrate Addicts Diet

Are You Addicted To Carbs, But Really Want To
Lose Weight?
Maybe you should try the
Carbohydrate Addicts Diet Plan. This plan is going to teach you
how to lower your carbohydrates, but it won’t leave you feeling
hungry. You are going to be restricted and given a list of
“approved” foods, this is the tough part. Knowing that you
can’t have certain items that you have grown accustomed to
eating is never easy.
There is a great deal
though, you eat what the plan says, then you get a “free” meal
where you can have whatever you want. You should still aim for
a balance though, 1/3 carbohydrate, 1/3 protein, and 1/3
fibrous. The whole meal has to be eaten within an hour
though.
Trying out this diet was
extremely hard on me; I loved my donuts and breads and was
really hesitant to stop eating them. I had the hardest time
cutting them out like I was supposed to.
As hard as it was I did
get to the point of cutting them out as much as I needed to. I
just ended up craving them and avoided them at all costs. I was
doing really well on the plan for a while. I was getting the
results I wanted at a pretty nice pace.
I was eating less carbs
and exercising for an hour a day. I started to feel the pounds
just melting off of myself. I still was struggling with the
cravings though. This wasn’t a good thing when on the
Carbohydrate Addicts
Diet.
Failure that was all I
could call myself after only 2 months on the Carbohydrate
Addicts Diet Plan. I celebrated my son’s birthday and ate three
pieces of cake. I knew right then, I was done.
That cake tasted so good.
I went out, brought home a box full of donuts, and just sat
there feeling like the biggest failure ever. After that box was
gone, I didn’t buy anything else, but I knew that I couldn’t go
back to restricting my diet like I had been. There were just
too many temptations out there.
Therefore, I started
tracking my food intake and working out even harder. I still
continued to lose weight, but never felt like it was coming off
as good as it did on the diet.
Recommending this diet is
something I actually would do. Just because I wasn’t strong
enough to stick to it, does not mean all people that try it
will fail. It was a struggle for me as I can only assume it is
for many people who try the Carbohydrate Addicts Diet
Plan.
It wasn’t a bad
experience all around for me because it did make me feel better
and I did see results, I was pretty happy on the diet. I just
couldn’t handle the restrictions like I was supposed
to.
So going on this diet
helped me and I am sure it could help several others that are
struggling to lose weight. You just need to stick to it and be
very disciplined.
