Is Diet And Exercise Together The Only Way To
Burn The Fat?
The Cardio Free Diet
might be what you need if exercise is not something you want to
do. This diet focusing you on losing weight and the belief of
having to do an intense cardio workout is thrown out the
window.
It is actually believed
that doing cardio actually prevents you from burning the
calories you need to burn and makes you hold onto the weight.
Another thing that is brought out is that doing cardio also
makes you hungrier and you end up eating more because of
this.
Therefore, why not stop
doing all that cardio work that gets you nowhere fast. With the
Cardio Free Diet you are told you can basically eat anything,
but there are some things that you are going to be restricted
from, at least to an extent. You are encouraged to never miss
any meals and eat three small snacks a day as well.
I started off on this
diet thinking it would be great to not have to do all the
intense cardio
work I was doing. The food that I was
making on the Cardio
Free Diet was so great and I didn’t ever have a
problem feeling really hungry like I had when I was
pushing in all the cardio workouts.
I was drinking three
glasses of milk a day and taking a supplement as well, this was
because the program stated that calcium helped with weight loss
and that was what I really wanted to get done.
I had about thirty pounds
to lose and I was set to get myself going. I also did weight
training instead of the cardio I had been doing and was really
seeing results within a month.
I was getting happier and
happier with the results and restricting my diet wasn’t a big
deal to me anymore. I took in 1200 calories a day and as I
said, I never once felt hungry.
Doing the weight training
I was slimming down, burning tons of calories, and really
looking toned. I dropped the full thirty pounds that I had
initially set out to lose and I was really feeling great. This
all was done in 6 months, and I am still keeping up with the
diet recommendations. It was a totally lifestyle
makeover.
I changed how I ate and
how I worked out and I have not had any problems at all well on
this diet. The Cardio Free Diet is definitely an answer to my
prayers to get myself healthier and in better shape.
My friends are all amazed
by my results. I am no longer the “fat” girl of the group. I
feel terrific and get many compliments for my weight loss and
how much better I look.
Anyone that is really
looking into losing weight and is getting tired of doing all
that cardio work and not seeing results should definitely try
the Cardio Free Diet. It works so well and I would always let
people know about it.
Being able to be happy
with my body and the way I feel about myself I just feel like I
was finally able to find the right diet that worked for me.
Losing weight is a tough thing for many people and this diet
just shows you a better way of getting to where you want to
be.
