Maybe you should look into a weight loss program called Diet Divas. The program was started by two women, "the divas" and they have offered many people the opportunity to lose anywhere from 2-5 pounds a week. I was skeptical about this, but decided to look into the program more. I had to buy food through the diva site and have a paid membership to the site as well. I decided to test out the diet program for a month and see if I actually witnessed the results that were being advertised. I paid the monthly fee and bought the meal replacement products off of the site. Starting out, I felt like maybe I was being ripped off. I constantly felt hungry and didn't feel like I would ever achieve the goals I wanted to if I was constantly hungry. I really felt like I was starving myself. The personalized meal plan that I had made for me really left me wanting so much more. I tried so hard to stick to the plan, but it was really hard for me. I had already paid for my first month on Diet Divas, so I decided to stick with it until that time was up. I did start losing some weight in the first week, I think I lost about 2 pounds and started feeling awful too. I wanted to add to my diet, but I didn't want to waste all the money I had just spent. I went to the message boards asking others about what they did so that they didn't feel like they were starving themselves. After talking to a lot of different women on the message boards for the Diet Divas, I came to the conclusion that I was just out the money and it was not worth sacrificing my health any further to continue on the diet plan. I quit after 2 weeks on the program and decided to go my own route to losing weight. I just increased my water intake and watched what kind of things I was eating. I also counted calories. This was much better then feeling really tired and run down and like I was always starving. I was so ready to lose weight, but really will not fall for another diet like this one. It felt like it was advertised falsely and it was more of a "fad" diet than any other diet I have ever seen. I would strongly urge anyone seeking to lose weight, to avoid Diet Divas. It is not worth starving yourself. There are other ways that are much better to achieve successful weight loss. I am living proof of this diet failing and do not think that this diet is worth even testing out. Working out and eating right is a much better way to lose weight then by leaving out the key nutrients and caloric intake that you need. Being able to function better and feel better is much more important to me as a person then to go on a diet that restricts your food on such a drastic level. There are better ways, trust me, I really know better now. Trust that you found this Diet Divas article useful. Review by Daniella Blyth Read more Diet Reviews here More lose weight information
