Will the DietWatch work?
When I started DietWatch I found many tools to help me succeed in my goal to
lose weight. The best part was the My DietWatch home page, where I can get updates on what is new,
what is going on the site, tips of the day, and access to other tools.
My Plan offers logs to keep up with exercise, weight, daily calories, gives a
daily nutrition score, and a report of my progress.
I also love how I can pick the type of diet I want, such as low cholesterol,
vegetarian, low carbohydrate, or no restrictions at all. I find this plan very flexible with my needs.
With my DietWatch the Eat Right program is a guide that
helps you make the right choices for the types of foods that are best. It gave me the basic information on
nutrition, the food pyramid, and how to shop smart. I was also offered Exercise Smart to help me meet my goals and
become fit.
There is an interactive heart rate calculator, which allows you to find out
your target heart rate. I really like the fact that this diet program helps you plan and personalize your exercise
regime. There is also a ton of help to motivate you in the Feel Good section.
There is a meditation room where you can listen to messages that will
motivate and inspire you. This is a great section if you are down in the dumps, feeling like you just want to give
in and go back to your old habits.
DietWatch also offers a community for members to interact
together and support one another. You can read success stories and be inspired by the amazing results that sticking
to this diet can offer you.
The Community section has message boards where you can read posts from other
members as well as reply to them, and chats where you can talk live to other members. Your community profile allows
you to search for other members who have similar interest as you.
This is a great way to make friends with those you have something in common
with. This section also offers a message system to send and receive private messages with other members in the
community. I found this particularly helpful when I needed the extra help.
The DietWatch program is one diet that I truly
recommend to anyone wanting to shed a few pounds or even a lot of weight. The web-based support system cannot be
beat.
This diet is also very flexible and easy to plan your meals around. I really
love the fact it helps you keep up with all your daily records so you can see how you are doing as you
go.
DietWatch is a complete system that helps you in your food
