complete new way of eating.
I had always
heard that low calorie and low carbohydrate diets didn’t really
work and until I found the Dramatic Dress Size Reduction Diet,
I still found myself using those methods in order to lose an
excess fifteen pounds of weight I was carrying.
Why did I do
it when I knew they weren’t working? I did it for the same
reason everyone else did—I didn’t know any better. It was easy

futile.
Your body
needs carbohydrates as energy and to help your organs work
efficiently, so you don’t want to be too restrictive. In
addition, if you reduce too many calories it will be more
difficult to prevent regaining the weight after you reach your
goal because it will take time for your metabolic system to
catch up to the additional calories the body is
consuming.
Although
fifteen pounds may not seem very much to many people, on my
5’2” frame it was a great deal so was happy to have found the
Dramatic Dress Size Reduction
Diet. I had always been thin until I took a position as a
store manager in a retail store at our local mall.
Even though I
had several assistant managers and supervisors to make sure
things were done, during peak seasons it fell upon me to make
sure the store was running smoothly. That meant I often skipped
lunch or grabbed lunch or dinner depending on my shift in the
food court. There was one place that had healthy food, but it
was often crowded, so I tended to go for the quicker
service.
I actually

book during a walk through the mall one day and took it
back to my office. By that time I knew I had to do
something about my weight before I began to balloon like
the Good Year Blimp.
Reading
through the book showed me that you don’t have to starve
yourself in order to lose weight nor do you have to restrict
carbohydrates and feel like you haven’t been to bed in
weeks.
The diet
consists of carbohydrate rotation which means there are some
days you will consume less carbohydrates but since it isn’t
every day you will not become rundown and fatigued.
It took me a
little more than thirty days to lose the fifteen pounds, but I
attribute that to the fact that my previous eating habits had
caused my metabolic system to slow down
dramatically.
I had been on
many low carbohydrate and low calorie diets, so my metabolism
had slowed down. Once it reached peak efficiency again, I was
able to drop the weight and keep it off.
Now if I find
a few pounds trying to creep back on my hips or tummy, I
immediately return to the diet for a few days.
