Elimination Diets
Having Trouble With Allergic Reactions?

Trying out some Elimination Diets might be something worth trying. Isolating your food allergies and figuring out all the things you have difficulty with is a great way of getting your food allergies under control.
Eliminating things from your diet is a great way of isolating the foods that trigger your allergic reactions. You simply start off by taking out any potential allergy causing foods from your diet. Then you begin adding them back in one by one.
You should always keep your Doctor informed when you try Elimination Diets. Keeping a good food journal and taking notes along the way will be better for you to figure out which things are causing your allergies to flare up. The elimination process can take anywhere from a week to a month.
When I started the elimination diet I followed all of the steps in the process. Every 5 days or so, I would reintroduce things into my diet. There are several types of these diets and I researched a bit to find the one that was right for me.
I took out any and all processed foods, milk, eggs, and bread; then from there I began the reintroduction of foods. I started off reintroducing breads first; I figured it would be the first step in the process.
Slowly I added the other things back in, once I hit the eggs though, I started having an allergic reaction. This was what was triggering my allergic reactions. Therefore, I knew to not eat eggs or anything that contained eggs anymore. The Elimination Diets were well worth researching for me.
Finding out what was causing my food allergies, made me feel so much better. I was able to continue to eat most foods and not worry about whether I would have some kind of reaction to them.
I was reassured now that I knew what was going on and what the culprit food was. Elimination Diets are really great and I was happy that sticking to my gut and researching them, paid off in the end.
I wanted to figure out what I was allergic to and by elimination of some foods in my diet and then reintroducing those after a little while helped me. I gained control over my food allergies.
Anyone that has any type of food allergies may find some luck if they try outElimination Diets. I know that since doing the diet and knowing that I was doing well for myself, I made myself less able to just end up having an allergic reaction.
There was no point while doing the diet that I felt like I was trying too hard. It took me a course of a month to get through the diet and figure out what my trigger food was and I am a match happier, healthier, and food allergy free person.
I would really highly recommend this type of diet to anyone who is going through an allergic reaction to something they are eating, it works great.
