F Factor Diet

Find out how fibre plays a role in weight
loss
Review of the
F Factor Diet. For many people the lack of fibre in many diet
programs is the cause of their lack of success. Fibre gives the
body that feeling of being full and without it you may feel
tired and fatigued.
By adding
these essential ingredients back into the diet, what was once a
failure became a success. I was one of those many dieters who
become tired of low carbohydrate diets that promised me a new
body and did nothing but make me tired all of the
time.
The F Factor
Diet includes about 1,100 calories daily which may need to be
increased for those who are used to eating more than that. The
real problem I did see is that during the first two weeks it
requires a certain type of fibre, namely Fibre One Cereal and
fibre crackers.
For those who
are unable to consume a great deal of fibre, this diet will not
work for you. For the majority of people the F Factor Diet will
provide the nutrition you need and enough fibre to assure that
you will not be hungry or tired throughout your weight loss
program.
When I
discovered the F Factor Diet
I had been struggling for about five years to lose twenty five
pounds. I tried every diet possible and never seemed to achieve
long-term success for one reason or the other but most often
because the diets were so restrictive that I became bored or
had so few calories I lost my energy.
Finding this
diet was a miracle though at first I had my doubts as well. I
read the book but still found it difficult to believe any diet
could help me lose weight without making me hungry and feeling
tired. I was pleasantly surprised to discover I was able to
maintain my energy level and lose weight at the same
time.
After a
couple of weeks on the F Factor diet I started developing an
exercise program for myself. I had never been able to do that
with any other diet program because I had no energy left to do
any more than clean my house and even that took me a long time
to do.
In fact, this
diet helped me regain the strength I had lost because of the
excess weight I was carrying. I used the extra energy to take
walks with my husband and children as part of my exercise
program. I found I could combine family time with my exercise
program—we even started bicycling together again.
It took
almost four months for me to lose the twenty-five pounds on the
F Factor Diet, but I was more interested in changing my
lifestyle to keep the weight off than doing it quickly. That
was eight months ago and today I am still eating healthy,
exercising, and maintaining the twenty-five pound weight
loss.
Of course,
there are times when the weight tries to creep back on, but I
closely monitor it now and go back on the F Factor Diet before
it gets out of control. I enjoy being able to choose clothes in
a smaller size, and my family enjoys me joining in more family
activities.
