Looking To Shed Those Unwanted Pounds And Detoxify Your Body?

Maybe you could try the Fat Flush Diet. It is a diet that consists of three phases. Phase 1 lasts about two weeks. You have to reduce your calorie intake down to 1100-1200 calories a day. In this phase you are not supposed to eat any type of breads, starches, or anything with sugar or fat. Even your herbs and spices are limited down to a small list.

Phase 2 is the ongoing process. You stick to the diet and can increase you calorie intake up to 1500 calories a day. You keep on the program until you reach your desired weight. Phase 3 is the maintenance phase.

This is where you can reintroduce some carbs and starches back into your diet. In addition, you need to make sure you do some exercise, anywhere from 20-40 minutes a day.

Starting out on the diet I was really excited. It was a bit hard to cut out some of the things from my diet, but I knew it was worth a shot. I was looking to lose about 25 pounds and wanted to get back into shape before my husband, children, and I went to visit distant relatives that we hadn’t seen in years. I wanted to look great and feel great too. The Fat Flush Diet seemed like a win/win diet to me.

There was no way I could go wrong with it, unless I didn’t follow it. I stuck to it, worked out, and really started to not only look great, but feel great too. It was amazing to see the pounds melt away.

I was able to reach and surpass my goal of losing 25 pounds. I felt so incredible and looked amazing. My husband was a happy man, and flaunted me around. It was quite the experience to see family that I hadn’t seen for years and be able to look great and feel great. The Fat Flush Diet was so great and if I ever want to lose weight again I know I can turn back to this diet.

Being able to lose the weight and detoxify my body all at the same time was something I had never thought was possible before I found this diet plan. There is no way I would have ever lost the weight and been able to maintain this new healthy body I had, if I hadn’t found the diet when I did.

Being the “big” girl my whole life taught me a lot and when I lost the weight I had been carrying after having two kids, I was so excited to lose it all. It seemed unreal at first because within the first week I was down 5 pounds and it just seemed to keep melting away.

I was more alert and felt like I could have a fresh outlook on life. I have so many of my friends awing over my new figure and have been told many times how jealous they were that I looked as great as I did after having two babies.

I kept telling them they could have the same outcome, they just needed to try the Fat Flush Diet and get on the program. I offered a lot of support and I offered to walk them through the program so that they had a great start.
