Learn why most diets fail
Until I
discovered the Fat Loss Bible, I had tried dozens of diets
without success. I had tried low carb, low fat, high carb, high
protein, liquid diets, meal replacement diets, low calorie
diets, and many more. Whenever a new diet came on the market, I
was willing to try it.
I had some
temporary success with some and others gave me no success at
all. I was beginning to think I was going to have to live my
life being overweight. I was on the verge of giving up when a
friend told me about the Fat Loss Bible eBook and the
information it contains.
After reading
some of the testimonials from those who had tried the Fat Loss
Bible system, I was convinced that it was the program I
had been seeking. The book helped me understand why all the
other diets I tried had failed and gave me guidance and
instructions about how to achieve successful and permanent
weight loss.
In spite of
my feelings that the Fat
Loss Bible program was just what I needed, I still had some
doubts about it because all of the failures I had experienced.
For me it was a last ditch effort toward successful weight
loss, and if I failed again, I promised myself I would just
accept myself and my overweight body.
Much to my
surprise I began to see results rather quickly. Of course I
didn’t allow myself to become too excited because I knew it was
normal to lose weight quickly and easily during the first
couple weeks of any diet and weight loss program. I didn’t
become really confident about the success of the program until
I consistently lost weight for two months straight.
On all of the
other diets I had tried that was the point where I began to
reach a plateau and stopped losing weight or lost very little,
but with this program I continued to lose at the same rate I
had been losing.
The truly
amazing part of the Fat Loss Bible program is that not only did
I lose weight, I boosted my metabolism so that I was able to
burn calories faster. I learned that was the problem I had in
the past with the low calorie diets—by eating so little food I
had caused my metabolism to slow down to accommodate the loss
of food and because I was constantly switching from one diet to
another, I never gave it a chance to regain its
stability.
The Fat Loss
Bible program provides guidance in how much protein and
carbohydrates you should consume in order to allow your
metabolism to work as efficiently as possible.
I still have
about ten more pounds to lose, but I’ve finally achieved
successful weight loss. My friends are amazed how well I have
done, and people I haven’t seen in a long time don’t even
recognize me.
