For a number of reasons, I was looking forward to trying the FatLoss4Idiots diet plan. As someone who has tried a variety of different diets and failed, I was intrigued by the concept of this particular diet. Not being an exercise person, the fact that the diet claimed you didn't need exercise to lose weight appealed to me. Its claim that you could not lose weight with low calorie, low carbohydrate, and low fat diets also seemed to be something that would work for me since I've failed at every diet I ever tried. My sister-in-law is a nutritionist, and she told me it wouldn't work, that there is no way you can lose weight without exercise and a healthy eating plan. To be honest I was sceptical about the FatLoss4Idiots diet claims of losing nine pounds every eleven days, which amounts to about 25 pounds per month. Once I received the FatLoss4Idiots diet e-book and the diet plan, I was less sceptical. It seemed easy enough to do, though there were more restrictions than I had expected. The key was basically eating the same foods for the eleven days and only certain drinks. In spite of its claims that low fat and low carb diets don't work, I found these two elements to be the essence of the FatLoss4Idiots diet program. Nonetheless, I had paid for it, so I decided I was going to give it a fair chance-besides, I wanted to prove to my sister-in-law that she was wrong. I was surprised when I lost nine pounds in the first eleven days as the program promised, and though I did not take off that amount every eleven days as stated, I did manage to lose 18 pounds in the first thirty days. For someone who had failed at plenty of other diets, I was certainly happy with that. Of course, I blame some on me because drinking water and eating food with no condiments is not something I can handle, especially with a program that limits the variety of foods you can eat. I have a friend who stuck to the program religiously and lost more weight than I did. For me, losing steadily was something I had never achieved, so if I lost two pounds a week I was happy. After the first month I began drinking the amount of water that the program recommended. I also learned to do away with condiments and started using herbs and spices instead. Though they are not considered part of the diet, I was unable to eat food without flavouring, so for me, it was the only way to make it work. By drinking more water, substituting herbs and spices for condiments, and walking more, I noticed a difference in the amount of weight I lost. For those who can stay with the FatLoss4Idiots diet program strictly as my friend did, it is quite possible for you to lose nine pounds in eleven day, but for me I needed a little variety. I have been on the program for nearly three months now, and I am thinner than I have ever been. I have ten more pounds to go before I reach my goal, and I will use the program again if I see my weight creeping upon me again. Trust that you found this FatLoss4Idiots article useful.
