The Hip and Thigh Diet may just be the answer you are looking for. This diet is designed specifically for women. It is a diet that has been pretty popular over the years.

The Hip and Thigh Diet is low in fat and low in calories, you are allowed about 1200 calories a day while on it. You have many different combinations that you can use on the diet when it comes to the types of foods you are able to eat.

You will not be allowed to eat anything containing nuts or seeds, lards or oils, all dairy products (unless they are skim or non-fat), and any butters or spreads. If you have a really hard time limiting your food intake, then this diet may not be for you.

I started off the Hip and Thigh Diet just a little bit sceptical at first. I figured it was more than likely just another fad diet that wouldn’t work. I was getting pretty desperate to lose the inches on my thighs and hips that were so obvious.

Therefore, I decided to just risk it and try out the diet. The hardest thing for me was cutting out the “fatty” milk products; I love lots of cheeses and really didn’t know if I could go without them. I switched to as many non-fat dairy products as I could find. It was a bit easier to get through without completely cutting out all the dairy products.

I was seeing some weight loss, but not really from the areas I had been aiming for. I lost about 3 inches from my waist and then I started to lose a bit more from my hips and thighs. I dropped a total of 18 inches overall and 25 pounds. I was really feeling good about myself and was looking really good too.

I was no longer worried about my “thunder” thighs. I liked wearing shorts now. There was never a way to make myself feel better until I started the Hip and Thigh Diet. I was a bit discouraged when I didn’t see the immediate results on my hips and thighs, but I stuck it out and did the diet to the fullest extent that I could.

All in all, I am very happy with the Hip and Thigh Diet. I was ready for a change and I finally found a way to make that change. My outlook on weight loss has changed and I know how to go about losing the weight if I ever need to do it again. Being restricted on some foods was really worth it in the end. After not eating certain things for a while, I just got used to it and never went back to my old eating habits.

I have stuck to the diet for almost a year now and I have been telling friends left and right about it. They are so excited to see their own results and I couldn’t have chosen a better way to help them out then to offer them a diet that actually works.
