Is it worth trying the Juice Fasts Diet?

Juice Fasts Diet is a great way of detoxifying your body. Although it is not highly recommended that you stay on them for an extended period of time.

On a diet like this you stop eating food and drink only juice and water. It helps purify your body and eliminate any toxins that are lurking in your system.

You will often see a bit of weight loss throughout the time you are fasting, but this is water weight that you are losing, not really fat.

The juices that you will drink on a diet like this are both fruit and vegetable juices. Therefore, you are getting some nutrients out of doing it, but you really shouldn't make it a big habit to be on the diets for too long. I tried a diet like this because I wanted to feel better, I was sick for a while and someone I know told me about Juice Fasts Diet. I did more research about them and decided to give it a try.

Therefore, for a whole week I drank nothing except fruit and vegetable juice and water. I could feel the toxins leaving my body. I started to feel like I wasn't ever sick. I wasn't drowsy or dizzy anymore and I really felt like a whole new person being on the fast.

I know it was only a week, but it seemed like the results started that first day of me not eating anything, but drinking juice and water instead.

I knew not to overdue the diet, so I did it for a week and three months later I did it for another week. I have been doing the Juice Fasts Diet, for a year now, every three months I will stop and drink only juice and water for a week at a time. It really helps me maintain my health and I never feel like I am not myself anymore.

There was a time that I thought I would always be this rundown woman who had no energy and that always got sick, but since doing the fast, I have never felt better. I am not rundown and I have tons of energy. I haven't been sick since I started doing the fasts either. I think the fasts have played a very positive role in my life.

If you are seriously looking into making yourself feel more alive and less like a zombie, then maybe you should really try out the Juice Fasts Diet. I know that it may sound too good to be true, but my results speak for themselves.

To be rid of all the toxins that are constantly in my body, is something that makes me feel so much better about myself. Detoxification is a process, but knowing how to go through that process in a natural and safe way has made all the difference to me. I couldn't be happier then I am now. So really, if you want to detoxify your body, go out and just try this diet. It really does work so incredibly well.
