Can You Really Cleanse and Detoxify With The
Right Diet?
I was looking not only
for a diet that would keep me trim, but also one that would
detoxify and clean me out. The Lemonade Diet, known as the
Master Cleanser Diet, was just what I had in mind. At first I
was a bit skeptical, as this diet was originally from the
1940’s.
After reading more about
the Lemonade Diet, I realized that it was just what I had been
looking for and it’s age was just telling me how good it really
is. With all the junk that builds up over time in each of us,
we need to clean it out. This also results in a quick weight
loss.
The main focus of the
Lemonade Diet (the Master Cleanser Diet) is to rid the body of
toxins and congestions. This diet claims to cleanse the kidneys
and digestive system.
When you use this diet
you will purify your glands and cells, as well as eliminate
waste in the joints and muscles. This plan claims to cleanse
the blood and will keep you youthful. I have noticed a great
over all improvement since I started and feel
invigorated.
I have also been using
the Lemonade Diet (the Master Cleanser Diet) to ward off any
diseases as well. In this booklet it is explained that the
cause of disease is improper diet, lack of exercise, negative
mental state of mind, and lack of spiritual
attunement.
All these combined can be
the cause of toxic conditions and malfunctions in the body. By
cleansing the body using proper diet one can restore the body
to good health and be able to maintain it from now
on.
When doing this diet, you
will want to do it for a minimum of ten days, but no more then
forty days for maximum effect. The recommendation is that you
repeat this three to four times a year to cleanse your body and
keep in proper health.
The Lemonade Diet (the Master
Cleanser Diet) consists of a special “lemonade” concoction that
you drink about 10 times per day and nothing else. You will
want to fast using this cleansing diet for a minimum of 10
days. I can say that I lost 10 lbs during that time just while
cleaning out my system.
I would not use this diet
as a permanent way to lose weight or maintain. It is more of a
way to drop weight fast and clean out your system at the same
time.
Once you are done with
your fasting, you will just begin your regular diet again. I do
recommend that if you had poor eating habits prior that you
find a better diet as you will want to maintain your weight
loss and also eat healthy.
I can say that I
recommend the Lemonade Diet (the Master Cleanser Diet) if you
need to fit into that new dress now or for a special occasion.
This diet is also a huge benefit for those who need to detoxify
from bad eating habits or from other poor choices in the
past.
This is not a diet that
is meant to replace food or to be used long term. It is a
fasting method that eliminates the toxic waste in the body and
restores it back to a healthy place.
