Lindora Lean For Life Diet

Is the Lindora Lean for Life Diet too costly?
On my quest to use a low carb diet to lose weight I found the Lindora
Lean for Life diet. This is not only a low carb diet; it is an extremely low carb diet.
Originally you had to be in the vicinity of an actual place that had the
Lindora Lean For Life diet available. They were pretty much in southern California, now you can do the online
version.
I was not too sure about going too low in my carbohydrates. I know that it is
possible to not eat that many carbs, but I actually enjoy them in moderation. The caloric intake also seemed a bit
low for me as well. I was not sure if I could really accomplish the Lindora Lean For Life diet and
stay sane at the same time. For me, there is nothing worse than starving myself and not
being able to have anything sweet at all. I would waist time and money trying to not eat and know I will not make
it.
I think my first issue with the Lindora Lean for Life diet
was that it would cost me approximately $250 for the 10-week online program. I was a bit surprised they would want
this just to follow a diet regime. It was better than the $1000 for the in store clinic. That does not include food
or shots. They do claim you can get all your food from the grocery store, but they encourage you to buy from their
store.
The whole idea is to put my your body into ketosis to lose weight. Not only
is this stupid, it is dangerous. The program claims you are “medically supervised”. I am not sure how if you are
only buying the online diet.
In addition, no doctor would ever recommend this diet, so they would not
help. They do spend two weeks at the end bringing your body out of this starvation mode so that you do not gain all
the eight back and more when you stop. I am certain you will gain back at least half.
I just cannot recommend the Lindora Lean for Life
diet to anyone. Starving your body and chewing away your muscle mass is not healthy. The entire point of
dieting is to stay healthy. You want a diet that can work for you over a lifetime. The calorie intake is way too
low and really, there is no “medical” care at all. Ketosis can be very dangerous. Some people have even gone
through kidney failure because of it.
If you want a low calorie diet and to restrict your carbohydrate intake,
there are plenty of other diets that are much safer. These diets are also free and recommended by real doctors who
will be willing to help you through your new plan.
This diet is not for anyone who wants to lose weight the right way and keep
it all off for good. You will just end up not satisfied and possibly ill after trying this one.
