Can You Lose Weight With A Lunch Box Of
Food?
I have never really been
into fad diets promoted in famous magazines by the Hollywood
hotties. The Lunch Box Diet seemed to me to be another one of
the in things to do this year. Little did I know that this diet
was actually used and worked for the everyday people as
well.
Once I found out that the
creator of the Lunch Box Diet was a personal trainer and used
to have weight issues himself, I decided to give it a closer
look. The basic idea of filling a lunch box with tons of
healthy foods to snack on throughout the day just did not seem
like an effective weight loss method.
To my surprise, I found
that I was eating smaller amounts all day long. This caused my
body to adjust and increased my metabolism. My body no longer
felt it had to store food as fat as it’s needs were always
being met. I dropped 4 lbs in the first week.
The Lunch Box Diet allows
your body to stay fueled up enough to perform daily tasks with
ease, yet you do not store fat like when you eat fewer large
meals per day.
The diet also helps you
stay away from high calorie and sugar foods. The more you eat
is small amounts the less you crave the things that are not
good for you and cause weight gain.
I have found with this
diet that the less I eat at one time, the more my stomach
shrinks. I am not hungry as much and now only eat when I need
to. I am finding I am very satisfied and the weight loss is
just phenomenal. I love that I do not have to calorie count or
keep any records or journals everyday like so many other
diets.
One of the best parts
about the Lunch Box Diet
is that no matter what type of health issues you may have, this
is a diet you can do. Just fill up the box with what you can
eat and you are all set. You do not have to worry about eating
only specific types of foods, just eating smaller amounts of
the food you like and that are healthy. You can also still
enjoy your desserts you love as well.
Losing weight is not hard
even when you indulge, as your body is now trained to
metabolize better and way more efficiently. I can say that when
you do eat that occasional ice cream or slice of pie, you do
not have to worry about it going straight to the love
handles.
If you are into fad diets
that actually do work, then the Lunch Box Diet is the one for
you. No more hard to follow regimes, no more counting each
bite.
If you are looking for
something that really will give you the weight loss you desire
and is simple, then try this one. You will not regret it. I
know I have not.
