Can You Really Burn Off The Fat With Prepackaged Diet?

With the new trend on prepackaged food diets today, I decided to look around and found the Seattle Sutton Diet. This diet plan offers the busy, on the go type of person quite a bit in the meal department.

I was able to choose from two different plans, the 1000-calorie a day or the 1800-calorie a day plan. Both can be extended 200 calories per day if you decide to add dairy or snacks. Each was tailored to my age, weight loss needs, and activity level.

Each meal was prepackaged, had just the right portion size, and had the right amount of calories for my plan. The best part is that all your meals can be delivered to your door.

The Seattle Sutton Diet offered a completely different meal each day of the month. No meal was exactly like another one. This made it easy to follow, as you were not eating the same meals every day, or even each week. I was given a high protein diet that I did not have to think about.

I really like the idea of knowing exactly what I was going to eat and not having to calorie count for myself. This was great for work as well, as all the meals could be taken to go. All three meals per day were portioned out just right and I had great snacks too.

There really is no way to go wrong with this diet. Basically you learn to eat right and eat healthy. By doing this and getting some exercise you will lose weight and become fit.

With the Seattle Sutton Diet I get 5 weeks rotation of meals starting at about $180 per week. This includes three meals each day. The first nine meals come delivered on a Monday, with the remaining meals for the week delivered on that Thursday.

All meals are stored in the refrigerator, so you will not use up all your freezer space to store them. There is no red meat consumption, but plenty of meals with fish, turkey, and chicken. I lost about 1-2 ponds per week and was able to keep the weight off long term, unlike with many other diets.

While most people only did one 5-week rotation, it does benefit to go longer with this program, especially if you have more weight to lose. This also helps you to establish better eating habits for the future once you end the diet.

I can honestly say that the Seattle Sutton Diet is one of the best. There is a reason for its long time success; it works. While other diets just fade out and can leave you with gaining all the weight back, this one actually is a lifestyle. You will learn to eat right, and keep your weight off for good if you just follow the plan after you stop buying the prepackaged meals.

I found this diet was very easy to follow, convenient, and did not leave me unsatisfied. If you want to lose weight now and are on the go a lot, then this is the right diet for you.
