Does the Ultrametabolism Plan Diet work?

Being very sick of the latest useless trend diets, I decided to try something else, the Ultrametabolism Plan.

This plan differs from all the others in so many ways. Instead of focusing on one specific area, this plan offers a new style that can be used for life. I decided this plan sounded really great and I would give it a try, as nothing else had worked so far.

Basically I would tailor a diet for my body and me. Where as most diets try to fit a one-size fits all mold, the Ultrametabolism Plan diet is individual.

The entire basis is to feed your genes, as they say. I am to work with my body and no longer eat things that work against it. When I started the Ultrametabolism Plan I had to spend the first week preparing my body. I cut out all refined sugars, junk food, high fatty foods, alcohol, and caffeine.

I took a few quizzes to learn about my body and individual needs and began eating small amounts every three hours up to about three hours before bed. I was learning to retrain my body. I had to learn to balance the foods my body needed to maintain a healthy physique as well as mind.

After that I spent three weeks in phase one of the Ultrametabolism Plan program, detoxification. I gave up dairy, gluten, and eggs. This was to promote healing of my body and help me to prepare to optimize food to help me lose weight and keep it off forever.

I can say that I did see weight loss after the initial preparation and detox phases of the Ultrmetabolism Plan. The best results came after starting phase two. I was able to reprogram my body to lose weight and keep it off. It was very easy to do and a wonderful lifestyle change.

With the Ultrametabolism Plan I was able to reintroduce the foods I had to give up to prepare in the beginning. This is more than a diet; it is a way of life that allows you to eat what you want according to your body type.

Once you have your metabolism set at its optimum, you will not have to worry about gaining all the weight back. I love the fact that I do not have to cut out entire food groups for life or count calories to be sure I am not taking in too many.

I can say that the Ultrametabolism Plan is a way of life and a healthy one at that. I recommend this program to anyone who wants to eat healthy for life, lose weight, and keep it off. The plan offers so much and makes dieting no longer needed. You will not regret following this program. You will not have to calorie count, the program is individually modified for you, and it is based on scientific fact, not the latest craze. Once you start on this road to life long wellness, you will not look back.
