Page 1 Next >> When I decided to try the Warrior diet, my first thought was this might just be another scam diet that will do nothing for me. I have seen so many diets come in and out of popularity in the last decade. None of them were easy to accomplish. I could either not get the right foods or never felt satisfied. I had read a bit about the Warrior diet and it sounded like a diet I could easily keep up with. I would not have to starve myself into the new pants I bought, for a change. I began the diet immediately after reading the book, as the theory made complete sense to me nutritionally and health wise. I was worried about the whole idea of what appeared to be a "starvation" period, but got used to the idea when I realized that I was not much of a daytime eater to begin with. The under eating phase that the Warrior Diet recommends was much easier to accomplish than I thought. I had my coffee each morning and my snacks here and there. I never felt like I was out of energy or denying myself, and honestly, I thought I would be. The over eating phase of the Warrior Diet allowed me to enjoy my large evening meal, and actually encouraged it. Most diets I have tried prior, shunned larger meals and the types of food I enjoyed. I could come home each night and fill myself till I was completely satisfied. I did not have to calorie count or watch my portion size at all. After about 2 weeks I really saw a huge difference. My clothes began to get loose and fit better. Alone, that was good enough to convince me the Warrior diet was actually working. I also felt better physically and emotionally than I had before. The detoxification process the Warrior Diet claims to have seemed to work. Over all I had not really cut down on how much food I ate, merely when I ate it. Within two months I was down a dress size and had lost 4 inches of fat on my hips and waistline. The largest bonus to this diet is that it is easy to stick to and is easy to make a way of life. Personally, I can say that the Warrior diet is a great diet for those who really want to lose weight and keep it off long term. For the first time, sticking to a diet is not hard. I feel better and I look better. I have found that I have more energy and vitality than I ever did before. I no longer go to bed hungry and wake up starving. People noticed a change in my appearance and personality, even before I did. Even my co-workers have noticed the difference. I would definitely recommend this diet for anyone who has and is struggling to lose and keep weight off. If you have had issue with diets in the past, you will find this to be the easiest diet you have ever been on. Trust that you found this Warrior Diet article useful.
