The diet sector offers an ever increasing choice of weight loss plans. You can now select from diet pills, low calorie, low carbohydrate, low fat, water, starvation and a host of other lose weight methods. That is before you get to the medical side of the market. Here they can pull, cut and reshape to suit.

With so many weight loss and diet plans available, which do you choose? Did you make the right decision? Normally, you would have to wait two or three months until the end of your diet plan before finding out.

Now, you can just select the diet plan that you are interested in and read a frank and open review before you commence the diet plan. These reviews are sent in by other dieters, like yourself, who have tried diets and are now passing on their experiences of those diets, albeit good or bad. Doing it this way round will save you not just the cost of the diet but also your valuable time.

Perhaps at this juncture, I should point out that this web site does not favour any one particular diet or weight loss method. It was created to simply be a platform for dieters to pass on their personal knowledge of a diet program or medical procedure for the benefit of others.
