While boating is a very popular sport, it takes tremendous strength. Rowing is not easy and is a great way to get a good work out. Now you can get a rowing machine at home to help you develop those legs and arms. This piece of exercise equipment allows you to sit down and actually row as if you were in a boat.

Not only can this enhance your arms and legs, but also your chest. While you can set the tension to get an easier or difficult workout, you cannot change up the work out like with other types of machines. You can expect a very good workout from this type of machine.
