Wu-Yi Tea Weight Loss Review

Learn the Secrets of This Chinese Slimming Tea
Wu-Yi Tea weight loss diet plan had me wondering. Sometimes when you see things which sound far fetched, you wonder if it can really be true. When I heard about Wu-Yi tea and how it has been used by the Chinese for 400 years, I thought I would try it. There didn’t appear to be a specific diet program, but of course, I knew that I couldn’t possibly lose weight by just drinking two cups of Wu-Yi tea every day and continuing to eat the same way I was. I previously tended to eat a hearty breakfast when I ate one while lunch was contingent upon when I ate breakfast. I changed that plan and began eating a lighter breakfast of unsweetened cereal such as Cheerios, Corn Flakes, or Special K with skim milk and a cup of Wu-Yi tea. For lunch I had a cup of Wu-Yi tea and a garden salad, yogurt, or cottage cheese with some fresh fruit. My dinner consisted of lean meat with a green or yellow vegetable and fat free dressing.
I was rather skeptical and didn’t expect to see results other than those from the changes in my eating. I was pleased and surprised when the weight began to drop off, and even during a few days when I ate more than usual but still drank the tea, the weight dropped off. In just a few weeks I had lost fifteen pounds, and in less than two months, I had lost the twenty five pounds I had been struggling to lose. After six months I have not gained any of the weight back in spite of the occasional treat I allow myself and the holiday my husband and I took where the only thing I did was drink the tea. I continue to drink the tea in order to maintain my weight and continue to eat healthier foods.
If you have struggled with weight loss as I did, this diet will surely work for you as it did for me. I had tried so many different diets before I cam across this one, and was never able to lose more than a few pounds. I would become frustrated and give up, but the Wu-Yi tea allowed me to continue losing weight until I reached my goal weight. Today I feel healthier, full of energy, and am not self-conscious about my weight. It was easy by any means, but it was worth the effort to be able to enjoy the things I used to enjoy doing and not feel drained. The other day I even outran my ten year old in a bike race, and though he was upset over the loss, he was proud that I could do it.
No diet is easy, but I have to say this one is probably the easiest one I’ve found to follow. It helps me maintain my weight, and I suspect it may be responsible for some of the high energy I have as well. You definitely should try the Wu-Yi tea diet program and see how easy it is to lose weight.
